1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and Del Monte Business Consulting Inc., operating as Men of Bedrock ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Bedrock Brotherhood membership program and all associated services, content, and community platforms.
By completing enrollment and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not complete enrollment.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
2. Membership Plans & Trial Period
The Bedrock Brotherhood is offered as a recurring subscription membership. The following plans are available:
Monthly Plan: $1.00 setup fee today initiates a 14-day trial period. Upon trial completion, your payment method will be charged $100.00 per month, billed on the same calendar date each month until cancellation.
Annual Plan: $1.00 setup fee today initiates a 14-day trial period. Upon trial completion, your payment method will be charged $599.00 per year, billed annually on the same calendar date each year until cancellation.
The $1.00 trial charge is non-refundable. By completing enrollment, you authorize Del Monte Business Consulting Inc. to charge your payment method the applicable subscription fee automatically at the end of the trial period and at each subsequent renewal interval, without requiring further authorization from you.
You will receive an email confirmation at enrollment and a reminder before your first full billing charge. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain current.
3. Billing & Payments
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
— Recurring charges are billed automatically on your renewal date unless you cancel before that date.
— Failed payments may result in suspension of your membership access. We reserve the right to retry failed charges.
— Price changes will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days' notice before taking effect on your account.
— Currency — all charges are in United States Dollars (USD).
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your Member Portal or by contacting us directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access through the date you have already paid for.
— Monthly members: Cancel at any time. No further charges after the current period ends.
— Annual members: Cancel at any time to prevent auto-renewal at the next annual billing date.
Access continues through the end of the paid year. Annual memberships are not eligible for pro-rated refunds after the 30-day refund window has passed.
Cancellations requested after a renewal charge has processed are subject to the refund policy in Section 5.
5. Refund Policy
We stand behind the Bedrock Brotherhood program and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee subject to the following conditions. We require evidence of genuine participation before issuing a refund because the results of this program are directly tied to the work you put in.
To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true:
— Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of your first full subscription charge (not the $1 trial charge).
— You have completed the full onboarding process as outlined in the Member Portal.
— You have submitted a minimum of 10 Daily Check-Ins in the Bedrock Brotherhood community within the 30-day window.
— You have attended a minimum of 1 live group coaching call within the 30-day window, or you can demonstrate a legitimate reason for being unable to attend (e.g., documented medical issue, travel conflict, technical failure on our end).
Refund requests that do not meet all qualifying conditions above will not be approved. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The $1.00 trial fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Community Conduct
The Bedrock Brotherhood operates across multiple community platforms including but not limited to WhatsApp and Skool. Membership grants you access to these communities subject to the standards below. We reserve the right to revoke access without refund for violations of any kind.
As a member you agree to:
— Treat all members, coaches, and staff with respect at all times.
— Show up with integrity — post honest check-ins, engage authentically, and hold yourself to the standard you expect from others.
— Keep all coaching content, call recordings, and member conversations confidential. What is shared in the Brotherhood stays in the Brotherhood.
— Not record, screenshot, or distribute any coaching calls, member content, or proprietary materials without explicit written permission.
The following are strictly prohibited:
— Harassment, bullying, threatening, or abusive language directed at any member or staff.
— Soliciting, promoting, or selling products, services, or programs to other members without prior written approval.
— Sharing login credentials or granting access to any non-member.
— Any conduct that is illegal, discriminatory, or that disrupts the experience of other members.
Violations may result in immediate removal from all community platforms and termination of membership without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Bedrock Brotherhood membership — including but not limited to coaching calls, training videos, written frameworks, worksheets, the Bedrock Identity Journal, curriculum materials, and any recordings — is the exclusive intellectual property of Del Monte Business Consulting Inc. and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use this content for your own personal development. This license does not permit you to:
— Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content in any medium.
— Create derivative works based on our proprietary content or frameworks.
— Use any content for commercial purposes, including teaching, coaching, or training others.
— Share access credentials or content with any individual who is not an active paying member.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate membership termination and legal action.
8. Results Disclaimer
The Bedrock Brotherhood is a personal development and accountability membership. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, circumstances, and other factors outside our control. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes. Testimonials and case studies shared represent exceptional results and are not typical.
Nothing in this membership constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are dealing with a serious personal, medical, or mental health concern, please consult a qualified professional.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Del Monte Business Consulting Inc., its officers, employees, coaches, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the membership, community platforms, or any content provided.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of your membership after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email.
